Monica Parsons has been working as a guitar, ukulele and music teacher for over the past 20 years. She offers a private teaching practice, which is conducted from her home. As well as working on a freelance basis at schools. Monica has also been having great success with online lessons, which she commenced due to all the challenging lockdowns not so long ago, mainly via ‘Zoom Video Chat‘. So, these online lessons are also now available.
Monica’s Qualifications: BA(HONS) MUS – CTABRSM.
Teaching Level: Experienced with providing lessons to people of all ages and abilities. This covers everything from beginners to grade 7 on the acoustic guitar, and up to grade 4 on the ukelele. Monica is confident in both teaching individuals & also groups of students and classes at schools (for example). The lessons & her experience includes preparing students for music exams (theory and practical), attaining qualifications and succeeding with live performances. In the lessons, Monica Parsons teaches pupils to play the guitar as well as to read and understand music & music theory.

The Lesson Fees Charged: £21 per half hour & £40 per hour.
Online lessons using ‘Zoom Video‘ £20 per half hour, £38 per hour.
